How a collaboration starts
We always start with a free, no-obligation introduction. After that you receive a clear proposal with the agreements and the fee for your situation. Only when you agree do we get to work.
Fees
For selling and buying we work with a market-based fee, depending on the property. For letting, the fee is one month's rent — no match, no pay. All agreements are set out in the proposal upfront, in black and white.
What you can expect from us
Personal guidance from Natasja or Alex themselves, honest advice — even when it's not the nicest story — and commitment from the first meeting to the key handover. We handle your data as described in our privacy policy.
