The people behindLokaal
Hi, we're Natasja and Alex, nice to meet you! We believe real estate can be more personal. That's why we founded Lokaal Makelaardij in 2021 — as a counterpoint to the established agencies. Together we bring over 18 years of real estate experience.
We don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Every home and every owner is unique — and that calls for tailor-made work. No big organisation with changing faces, but two agents who know every file personally. From the first meeting to the key handover: we do it together.
From our office on the Herenweg in Heemstede we work daily in Haarlem, Amsterdam, Hoofddorp and IJmond. We know the streets, the prices and the people. And we want to do more than broker deals: through transactions that contribute to local initiatives, we make the neighbourhood a little more liveable.
Our mission

Heart for Lokaal
We want to do more than just broker deals. For every deal in and around Haarlem we donate part of our fee to two causes close to our heart — our Vrienden van Lokaal.

Natasja Cornelissen

Natasja guides sellers and landlords from the first consultation to the key handover. She combines a sharp eye for presentation with a level-headed view of the market: honest advice, even when it isn't the nicest story. Her strength? Listening, adapting and always going that extra step.
Alex Veltman
Co-founder & agent
