We want you to know exactly where you stand — including when it comes to your data. Lokaal Makelaardij (Herenweg 145, 2106 MH Heemstede, Chamber of Commerce 80869939) is responsible for the processing of personal data as described on this page.
What data we collect
When you fill in the contact form or request a valuation, we process the details you leave yourself: your name, email address, phone number, your message and, where relevant, details about your home. If you call, message or email us, we keep that correspondence.
What we use your data for
To get in touch with you, to carry out our services (selling, buying, letting and valuation) and to meet legal obligations. We don't use your data for unrelated purposes, and we never sell it to third parties.
How long we keep your data
No longer than needed for the purpose you left it for, or for as long as the law requires. An enquiry that doesn't lead anywhere is deleted once the contact is wrapped up.
Who we share data with
We use carefully chosen processors to run our website and services: hosting and statistics via Vercel, our secured database via Supabase and email delivery via Resend. Data processing agreements are in place with these parties. Our website statistics are privacy-friendly and work without tracking cookies.
Your rights
You may access, correct or delete your data, and you can object to processing. Just send an email to welkom@lokaalmakelaardij.nl — you'll hear from us within a day. Not happy with how we handle your data? You can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
